Evidence found of scuticocilitates in fecal prepared on wet mount. Scuticociliatia is a subclass of ciliates in the class Oligohymenophorea of which Uronema marinum and Uronema nigricans are members and cause systemic infections in marine fish. These are not affected by copper and concurrent monitoring of ciliate populations will take place during the anthelmintic treatment phase.
